United Integral Shipping Policy

United Integral aims to ship your package within 2 business days. For standard shipping, the method is determined by the delivery destination, product type, as well as the package weight. The methods used are USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and USPS First Class International. (These are standard shipping methods, expedited and chosen shipping methods are available) These are all proven shipping methods and ensure your package gets to you quickly and safely. (United Integral currently only ships to US, US protectorates including Guam and Puerto Rico, AFO/FPO, and Canada addresses)

Shipping Process Breakdown

• Order placed

• Order processed and checked for quality assurance

• Order is then sent to our shipping warehouse

• Once the order has been packaged it is automatically tagged with tracking/customs information

• This information is then sent to you to keep track of your package

• Orders are picked up by our shipping carriers daily

This process is a tried and proven way to get your order to you as fast as possible. The majority of this process happens within a couple hours; most of the time the package is ready to be handed to the carrier several hours before it is picked up.

Please note that United Integral uses all its' resources to get your package shipped, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes delay the shipping of your package. If at anytime you feel your package is taking longer than it should, please contact a customer service representative and we will not hesitate to assist you in resolving the issue.
