United Integral End User Return and Refund Policy
At this time United Integral does not refund any orders that are shipped in a timely manner and include the items as described. (ex. Buyer's remorse,
accidental purchases, etc) You have 30 days upon receiving an incorrect or defective item to contact United Integral for a refund or exchange.
Defective, missing, or wrong item:
United Integral will exchange an incorrect item if we receive notification within 30 days upon receipt of the package. You also have 30 days to request a refund or exchange if the item malfunctions
within the first 30 days after receiving the product. If for whatever reason United Integral did not ship you all of your items, or there are missing parts, you will have 30 days for notification. If any
of these circumstances arise, please contact United Integral Customer Service as soon as possible.
Any refund or exchange requests made outside of the allotted time frame will be denied.

United Integral Wholesale Return Policy
United Integral wholesale policy covers any items sold for the purpose of or under the impression for reselling. Please clarify with your sales rep or use your venue of purchase to determine whether or not your orders fall under United Integral’s wholesale return policy.
Returns must be requested within 3 business days after receipt of the purchase. After 3 business days, returns are only allowed if the item is DOA, defective, or damaged during delivery.
Exchanges are allowed within 10 business days of initial receipt of the purchase. Exchanges are only allowed if wrong item was received, item is not as advertised, item is defective, damaged during delivery, or DOA. Items cannot be exchanged for a different item. If different item is required, refer to return guidelines, as RMA will be processed as a return and re-order.
Although United Integral will try to accomodate any special circumstances, defective items that are not reported within 30 days lose eligibility for return . Any other requests will be investigated by your sales representative and are not guaranteed by United Integral for approval.
The Wholesale Return Policy is non negotiable, any exceptions and final decisions are determined by United Integral and will be relayed to you through your sales representative.
