Synch Issue
There is an issue with our system's synchronization. As such, orders may not be showing updates with their tracking information, even after they have been shipped. We will be doing a forced update today, this will update your order's status. This does not mean your order was shipped today, as many of the orders will have already shipped in the past few weeks.

     As has been explained over the last two months, United Integral has been in the process of streamlining your order process with us. As of the last couple days you should have seen slight changes in your pricing. This is a result of being propagated into the pricing tier you are eligible for based on your gross volume last month.

 

This new system is dynamic based on your monthly volume. This means prices can change depending on the consistency of your orders. Your prices are automatically adjusted to reflect your respective pricing tier. The final tier system is as follows:

Take into account even if in Tier 1, you still qualify for quantity discounts, this means if you purchase quantity past your tier level you qualify for that upper tier’s price. This is relevant to all tiers.

 

The only advantage of an upper tier is when purchasing lower than your tier’s price, you still get your own tier pricing. Example: Company A is a Tier 5 company, Company A purchases 5 pieces of Item A, Company A will still retain T5 (50+) pricing even when not meeting the 50+ quantity requirement.

 

You will be able to track your gross volume for the month as well as your pricing tier automatically in your order history at My Account Page . This information is also displayed to you during your ordering process on the website. If at anytime you see a discrepancy in your displayed volume, please contact your sales representative.
