Delivery Delays
USPS - Colorado - Wildfires are affecting some Post Offices. Delivery has been affected at the following three offices: Boulder Main Office, 1905 15th Street, Boulder, CO 80302; Valmont Station, 2995 55th St., Boulder, CO 80304; and the Jamestown Post Office, 133 Main St., Jamestown, CO 80455. The wildfires are not contained and cover more than 7,100 acres.

Shopping Online

To navigate the website either enter the item you are looking for in the search bar or browse by using the category menu on the left sidebar. Once you find the product you are looking for add it to your cart, this will bring up your basket with the item included. If you're ready to checkout at this point, look for the checkout button. If you wish to shop some more, feel free to keep looking, your basket information is saved until you checkout or clear the items.

 

When you click the checkout button, the website will ask you to register or login if you have not already. If you have not yet registered, a simple registration page will appear, your password is completely secure, not even United Integral employees can view your password. All other information is strictly private to use for your orders only. If you are already registered on the website you will only need to enter your login information.

Item Availability

Although our inventory is constantly updated to reflect real-time sales, it is possible for an item to be sold right before it runs out of stock. If you order an item that is backordered, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued. This will also serve as extra notification for United Integral and you should expect the item to be back in stock very soon.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped out during normal operating hours (Monday through Friday, excluding the holidays listed on our Contact page) We try our best to ship the package within 2 business days and you will be notified by email with the tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for a more detailed view of our order process.

Your account is automatically charged upon placement of your order to increase the speed at which we process your orders. If at anytime we are unable to ship your package within a reasonable time, you will be contacted and a refund will be immediately issued. All products listed on United Integral's site do not include tax where applicable. Currently United Integral only charges tax to customers who reside within California unless the buyer is exempt (Documentation to prove this is required prior to purchase). United Integral keeps track of all orders placed in our system. This means you can always return to access any recent order information in your account. This order history is not used in any way that will breach our Privacy Policy, but provided as a convenience to our customers to keep track of their own orders. Order Cancellation

If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please call our Customer Service at (877) 297-5783 or (626) 628-9888 during normal operating hours (M-F, 9-5:30 PST). If we are contacted prior to the order being shipped no fees will be incurred. However if the order has already been shipped, the package must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Delivery and Returns

United Integral aims to ship your package within 1-2 business days. Please understand that unexpected volume, weather conditions, problems with the carrier, and many other factors can attribute to a delay with your package. For more details view our Shipping Policy. Order Delivery

Please make sure to give a reasonable amount of time for the package to ship. Check the tracking information on your order for any status updates on the package's location. Expect a delay for any local bad weather or other conditions that can cause a delay in the delivery time. You will not receive tracking information until United Integral has handed your package to the expected carrier, although we rely on the carrier to keep the tracking status of your package updated, this is not always the case. Please understand that although we will use every option within our power to ensure your package arrives to you, once the package is handed to the carrier it is no longer within our control.

 

  • United States -

     

  •     For shipping purposes the United States also includes all of its' minor outlying islands as characterized in shipping standards. All US packages include tracking information that, in accordance to carrier policy, is updated every day once the package is in transit. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. If at anytime you feel your package is no longer moving, please feel free to contact United Integral as to your options. If at anytime a package is lost by the carrier and this is confirmed after contact between the carrier and United Integral, the package is covered under United Integral Policy to be reshipped. Once the item is handed to the carrier, United Integral is not responsible for delays in transit, including but not limited to, computer or electronic interruptions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of God, or any other force beyond our reasonable control.


  • Canada -

     

  •     Shipments to Canada are not tracked. The number sent to you is your Custom Forms ID, this number will not update with any tracking information until it is delivered. Please allot an extra amount of time for the package to arrive as it is usual for packages to experience delays in customs. Once the package is handed to the carrier, it will take 7-14 days for the package to arrive. If  you do not receive the package within the estimated timeframe, please call your local customs office to determine if your package has been withheld for any reason.

    Once the item is handed to the carrier, United Integral is not responsible for delays in transit, including but not limited to, computer or electronic interruptions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of God, or any other force beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided to you as soon as your order has been package and prepared for pickup with the carrier. When checking your tracking number please check to make sure that there is not a problem with the carrier's tracking website. United Integral also employs a third-party shipping carrier which can delay certain tracking updates, but your package will still be in transit. Sometimes the carrier does not immediately update your tracking information, sometimes tracking information is not updated until it is delivered to its' destination. International orders cannot be tracked, the number attached to your order is a Customs ID number not a tracking number. Please give international orders an extra amount of time to ship and pass through customs.

Package Not Received

If at any time you feel that your package is well beyond the shipping timeframe allotted, please check to make sure the package wasn't sent to a second unit or guest house. Check for a note from the shipping carrier explaining the attempted delivery of the package. Also try giving your local postal office a call to see if they have your package on hold for any reason. If you cannot determine the cause, United Integral will provide you with options and also confirm with the shipping carrier to determine the best possible solution to the problem. If we conclude that the package was lost or not delivered for any reason, your order will either be reshipped or refunded.

Wrong / Defective Item

If the item you received is not the item you ordered, or the item you ordered was defective, please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange for the correct item. Please look at our Returns and Refund Policy for further details regarding any RMA information.

Item Missing

We sincerely apologize for the mistake. If the package shows any sign of tampering or damage, please do not open the package. Contact United Integral and we will communicate with the carrier on your behalf to determine the resolution to the problem. If the item is undamaged and properly sealed, please contact our customer service department to arrange for a reshipment of missing items.

Local Pickup

At this time United Integral does not allow for local pickups on any of our web orders.  Unless otherwise pre-authorized, local pick-ups will be addressed on location as best fits the situation.
